Features of high-speed HF power:
1. No resistors used, low power consumption, save power 70%, saving using cost and environment friendly. Single phase power supply, no need limit of lack of 3 phases power supply, less than 1Kw power consumption.
2. No resistors used, less heat inside of controller, low malfunction ratio of electric components inside of cabinet of wire cut EDM.
3. Max. cutting current up to 15A, Max. speed up to around 350mm2/min(note: without thinking about surface finish).Regular stable continuous cutting current 6~8A, with cutting speed around 170mm2/min(up to different requirement of surface finish).
4. With regular cutting speed, wear of molybdenum wire is about 0.01mm after 500,000mm2 cutting, i.e. after installation of new wire of Φ0.18mm, diameter will be Φ17mm after job of cutting 500,000mm2.
5. PC/104 motherboard special for industrial purpose, highly integrated and stable for industrial environment.

AutoCUT provide complete integrated solution for machining of CNC wire cut EDM. The  system includes AutoCUT control software runs at the platform of Windows, PCI based drive card installed on motherboard, high stable main board of stepper motor drive or servo motor drive, and 0.5 microseconds medium speed wire cut EDM HF power board. AutoCUT software has a plug that can be installed in AutoCAD to design cutting path and generate cutting programing directly in AutoCAD, the design makes programing more convenient and easier to learn.

AutoCUT's main features:
1. It supports graphics-driven automatic programming, customers do not need to touch the code, just the graphics settings cutting technology can be cut, at the same time, it supports by other wire cutting EDM software created by the list of 3B or G code, and only need to read and process can be cut.
2. The software is embedded in AutoCAD, CAXA and some other software, and the customer only needs to know AutoCAD or other design software, is easy to use and does not require special drawing training.
3. Several machining modes are combined for cutting (continuous, single, forward, backward, back, etc.).
