Features of new high speed HF power system:
1. No resistances, low power consumption, save power 70%, saving using cost and environment-friendly.
2. No resistances, no much heat, low malfunction ratio of electric components inside of controller.
3. Max. cutting current up to 15A, Max. speed up to around 350mm2/min(note: without thinking about surface finish).Regular cutting current 6~8A, with cutting speed around 170mm2/min, it depends on requirement of surface finish.
4. With regular cutting speed, wear of molybdenum wire is about 0.01mm after 500,000mm2 cutting, i.e. after install new wire of Φ0.18mm, diameter will be Φ17mm after job of cutting 500,000mm2.
5. PC/104 special for industrial purpose.
6. Interior double-impulse and multiple-circuit design, electrolytic protection during cutting.
7.Better surface finish, with high speed sampling and high speed logical circuit, the power of discharging is precisely controlled to increase surface finish.
8. No limitation of cutting height,from 1mm to 1500mm, the working solution won't get too dirty when workpiece is too high, to cause no discharging when cut high workpiece.
9. Blue spark, interior high speed signal filtering function, isolate and adjust to avoid electric arcing during cutting.
10. Protection of wire burning, high speed cutting protection.

2. Structure features of KD500GL
(1). High intensity HT250 resin sand casting;

3. Big angle cutting system
(1) Kingred adopts vertical structure for angle cutting system(invention patent), U&V axis
Is driven by high precision ball screw and linear guideway to realize big angle cutting ±15°;
(2) Hand control box to control U and V axis to perform up and down motion;
(3) Z axis can approach workpiece closely to do face machining to get better
Cutting performance;
(4) Z axis is driven by low speed high torque motor, there is no need to remove wire
When adjust Z axis, it's convenient for cutting of different heights.
