KD400ZL-A CNC EDM Wire Cut Machine X×Y=320×400mm
High precision CNC wire cut EDM machine KD500L has unique mechanical design and lasted PLC controlled system. The working table of KD500L is fixed, which is different to regular wire cutting EDM machine in the market, X and Y axes are moving at column side, i.e. column moves, the structure has better dynamic performance. Latest KCUT wire cut EDM control system with PLC control. X, Y, U, V, Z, and wire drum are all controlled by AC servo motor. Linear motor for X and Y axis is available as optional. Intelligent servo control wire tension system to keep properly tension of wire to get better cutting performance.

1. Mechanical feature
